We are currently hiring a Center Based Group Therapist for our After School Program in Garfield Heights. This is an opportunity to be at the center of children’s journeys, delivering impactful care, while working as part of a close-knit, interdisciplinary team.

POSITION DETAILS

Position: After School Group Therapist

Schedule and Hours:

• Flexible day-shift hours – no late evenings or weekends!
• Monday – Friday
• 3:30 apm – 6:30 pm

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay, plus performance bonus.

Location: 5595 Transportation Boulevard, Garfield Heights, OH 44125

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an After School Group Therapist at InspireKids, you will be a key part of our clinical team. In this role, you will provide group therapy services in our beautiful outpatient facility using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based practices. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

• Complete assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Lead social-emotional skill-building groups and therapeutic activities.
• Partner closely with parents and caregivers to support progress at home.
• Provide compassionate crisis intervention and safety planning when needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to a whole-child approach.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
