About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Gymnastics Educator to join our growing team and lead after-school gymnastics programs for elementary school students. This role is ideal for instructors who are passionate about gymnastics, enjoy working with children, and are committed to creating a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Teach age-appropriate gymnastics fundamentals and movement skills to students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade.
  • Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
  • Foster confidence, coordination, balance, flexibility, and teamwork through gymnastics instruction.
  • Plan and lead engaging gymnastics classes and skill-building activities.
  • Adapt instruction to different ages, skill levels, and learning styles.
  • Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork.
  • Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and incident records.
  • Prepare and organize equipment and activity materials, keeping the learning space clean and safe.

Schedule:

  • Day: Thursday
  • Time: 4:35 PM – 5:35 PM (1 hour)

Estimated Start Date: September 3, 2026

Estimated End Date: November 19, 2026


Hourly Pay Rate: $50

Requirements

  • 18+ years of age.
  • Experience in gymnastics, coaching, cheer, tumbling, or a related discipline.
  • Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training prior to the start date (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR).
  • Authorization to work in the US.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
