AFTERMARKET MANAGER
Position Summary
The Aftermarket Manager is responsible for the oversight of the Sales, Repairs, & Marketing team, and to partner with other teams to successfully complete company initiatives in a positive manner.

- Identify and report problems or potential problems to the manager as soon as they arise
- Report on time for each shift, after each break, and working the full shift

Responsibilities & Tasks
- Provide leadership and training to accomplish the goals and objectives of the department
- Provide customer oversite on AOG/emergency requirements
- Provide remote employees with any & all job-related information as required
- Assign duties and examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures
- Responsible for completing employee performance reviews in a timely manner
- Review and approve employee timecards and time off requests
- Ability to develop and implement strategies
- Answer and direct Aftermarket Sales & Repair Station phone calls
- Maintain FAA Repair Station files
- Compile repair inventory counts and prepare purchase orders for procurement of supplies
- Ensure raw material levels are there to support minimal on-hand quantities
- Research and resolve customer problems or feedback
- Generate quotes and process Aftermarket sales orders
- Compose and type miscellaneous correspondence and reports, faxing, filing, copying, etc.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
