Agency Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Agency Development Manager to join our team in the Delhi-NCR Region and Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our agency channel by developing and managing a team of agents. This role requires a strong understanding of the life insurance industry and the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and develop a team of agents to ensure they meet their sales targets. - Implement strategies to enhance the performance of the agency channel. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents, providing guidance and support as needed. - Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients to foster loyalty and retention. - Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on product offerings and sales techniques. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of the life insurance sector and agency channel operations. - Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably as a Unit Manager or similar. - Excellent leadership and motivational skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
