Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruit new Financial Advisors, insurance agents, and agency associate partners.
- Build and expand the agency network through personal contacts, open-market sourcing, referrals, and social media.
- Assist recruited candidates in completing the mandatory IC-33 examination and licensing process, as applicable.
- Provide product knowledge and training to Financial Advisors to help them understand insurance products.
- Train, motivate, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Develop advisors and agents to generate insurance business and achieve organisational goals.
- Monitor recruitment progress and ensure monthly and half-yearly hiring expectations are met.
- Build strong relationships with advisors and support them in achieving sales objectives.
- Manage a combination of office-based activities and fieldwork.
Recruitment Expectation: Hire at least 1 agent per month, with a target of 6 agents within 6 months.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
- Interest or experience in insurance sales, agency recruitment, or team development.
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate Financial Advisors.
- Good presentation, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Willingness to perform field sales and market visits.
