About the Role
Drive the execution of key agency strategic initiatives by leveraging data, analytics, and structured problem solving. Support senior stakeholders in translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Execution & Delivery
- Lead execution of key agency strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Translate strategic direction into structured workplans, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure effective implementation and delivery of initiatives to achieve business outcomes
2. Data & Insight Generation
- Leverage data analytics to generate actionable insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
- Develop analytical models, dashboards, and visualisations to identify opportunities and trends
- Apply data-driven approaches to support initiative design, prioritisation, and optimisation
3. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. Agency Distribution, Product & Proposition, C&M, S&T, Finance, etc) to align on priorities and execution
- Support communication of recommendations, insights, and progress updates to senior stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and effective delivery
4. Project & Initiative Support
- Manage and/or support multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Contribute to the development and refinement of new initiatives to enhance agency growth and productivity
- Support strategic planning cycles and key business transformation efforts
Minimum Job Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in strategy, consulting, analytics, or financial services
- Strong data and analytical skillset, including experience with:
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Building models, dashboards, or data visualisation (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights
- Strong structured problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience managing projects and working across multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (written and verbal)
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Insurance / financial services experience preferred
- The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities.
