Agent - Air Export Gateway

Job Purpose

Plan consols for optimum yield while meeting customers’ expectations.

Key Accountabilities

1. Make bookings with airlines for export to various destinations via email, or phone calls.

2. Build good working relationship with our airline partners.

3. Ensure to meet all Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirement as per GDP/GDPMDS regulations and directives, as required.

4. Follow-up on shipments to ensure onboard the scheduled flights and arrive destinations.

6. Maximize built-up units and minimize space wastage to increase yields.

7. Provide flight details to internal customers timely.

8. Ensure that any discrepancy/offloading related to shipments being reported to Customer Service team and other offices promptly.

9. Timely processing of recap/settlements with destination offices.

10. Verifying airlines invoices and ensure correct amount billed

11. Take up additional tasks as required to meet department’s goals.

Minimum Education & Experience

Tertiary education with 3-5 years’ experience airfreight forwarding environment.
