Agent Deployment Manager

Discussion

About the Role

This role owns the complete deployment lifecycle for AI agents at enterprise freight forwarders, from signed contract through production launch, hypercare, and scaled rollout. You will sit at the intersection of customer success, technical implementation, and product, with high ownership over how the company implements and scales AI across complex enterprise environments. The playbooks and processes you build now will become the foundation for onboarding many future customers.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end deployments for enterprise customers, managing kickoff, go-live, hypercare, and large-scale rollout phases.

  • Map customer workflows and configure AI agents by working directly with stakeholders across operations, IT, and business teams.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate system integrations in partnership with engineering and product teams.

  • Feed customer insights back to the product team to inform roadmap decisions and improvements.

  • Build repeatable deployment playbooks, templates, and best practices that compress time-to-value and enable team scaling.

  • Drive change management and operator training to turn skeptical users into confident AI champions.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management, ideally with enterprise software or AI products in B2B environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end enterprise deployment lifecycles, including planning, tracking, and delivering on schedule.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, including APIs, databases, and system integrations, with practical troubleshooting ability.

  • Proven track record navigating complex organizations, building trust across diverse stakeholder groups, and driving consensus.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, and to create documentation, playbooks, and training materials.

  • Fluency in English; German language proficiency is a strong plus.

  • Experience with AI agents, large language models, or hands-on software development is a valuable bonus.

  • Prior exposure to logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations is an advantage.

  • Experience designing and running change management programs or operator training initiatives is a plus.

  • Local work authorization in Germany is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Hybrid arrangement based in Berlin, Germany. Berlin office presence is preferred.
