Agent / Operator (Automotive Customer & Technical Support)

We are looking for an Automotive Customer & Technical Support Agent to join a dynamic international team, supporting customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders with technical, aftersales, and service-related enquiries.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in automotive aftersales, technical support, customer care, dealership operations, or service advisory functions who enjoys combining technical expertise with excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
As a Customer & Technical Support Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support across the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for vehicle-related technical and aftersales enquiries.
- Handle customer and dealer requests regarding vehicle specifications, configurations, order status, and delivery updates.
- Support dealers with sales and aftersales topics while coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues.
- Review and interpret technical documentation, including repair manuals, technical bulletins, service campaigns, and wiring diagrams.
- Assess technical complaints and determine the appropriate resolution path.
- Resolve cases independently whenever possible and escalate complex cases to specialist teams when required.
- Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions within CRM systems.
- Explain technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the adoption of new technologies and customer service tools.
Experience & Knowledge
- Completed secondary education (high school diploma minimum); technical or automotive education is advantageous.
- Proven experience with vehicle technology and Aftersales, for example:
- experience from an authorized workshop, technical hotline, warranty department, service advisor role, or similar,
- understanding of main vehicle systems (powertrain, chassis, electrical system, comfort & infotainment).
- Experience supporting sales and pre-sales customer enquiries.
- Understanding of:
- Vehicle sales and delivery processes
- Service and maintenance operations
- Warranty, goodwill, and complaint handling procedures
Technical Skills
- Ability to work with technical documentation and repair information.
- Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with automotive service systems and diagnostic platforms is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM testing, AI-based support tools, virtual assistants, or agent-assist applications is desirable.
Language Skills
- Native-level Czech or Slovak language skills.
- English at minimum B2 level, both written and spoken, including technical automotive terminology.
- German language skills are considered an advantage.
