Agent - Tele Sales

Position Summary

Primary Responsibility

•Maintain complete knowledge of department policies, procedures and service standards
•Maintain complete knowledge of the proper maintenance and use of equipment and ensure that equipment is only used as intended
•Ensure work levels, service standards and customer relationships are maintained to generate return customers
•Familiar with company events, tournaments and procedures to assist guest requests, answer and resolve questions
•Maintain proper telephone etiquette with each customer
•Attempt to resolve customer complaints/requests in an efficient manner and ensure customer satisfaction
•Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• With relevant work experience
• Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and good English communication skills
• Willing to work shifts
• 21 years older
