Agent Warehouse Control - Fixed-term (12-month)

Task Responsibilities:

• Planning and monitoring outbound & inbound cargo flows through the LUX Hub
• Collect, distribute and share all inbound & outbound truck and flight related information with concerned CV departments / Stations
• Plan, coordinate and follow-up physical flight build-up in accordance with Export Control department
• Check optimisation & build-up accuracy of t-units on inbound flight/trucks
• Assist and fulfil internal departments / Stations & external customer’s requirements
• Follow all applicable Export & Import procedures
• Distribute all co-mail/training material from outbound flights to CV stations and/or LUX offices
• Ensure that instructions given to the GHA are executed and take action in case of any deviation
• Execute warehouse checks
• Keep internal departments / Stations and external customers informed

Essential Requirements For The Position:

• Possess at minimum a BAC degree or equivalent
• Be fluent in English, French and German. Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage
• Have good knowledge of standard IT products, MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to work on shifts in a team or alone
• Ability to establish and maintain good customer relations
• Ability to perform error free in stress situations and without direct supervision

• 1-3 years experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage

Working Conditions:

• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
• Willing to work on shifts 24/7/365
• Temporary position based in Luxembourg
• Occasional travel required within the entire Cargolux network
