We are looking for an exceptional Agentic AI Architect to help us build the next generation of AI-powered financial coaching and engagement systems.
This role will architect and deploy an intelligent AI Financial Coach integrated with a financial dashboard, behavioral insights engine, community platform, and gamification system designed to drive learning, retention, engagement, and measurable financial transformation.
Role Overview
You will lead the architecture and deployment of an AI-native coaching ecosystem capable of acting as:
• A financial coach
• A behavioral accountability partner
• A personalized education assistant
• A financial planning copilot
• A motivational engagement engine
• A community engagement assistant
The ideal candidate understands both:
• Advanced AI orchestration and agentic systems
• Consumer-facing product experiences focused on engagement, habit formation, and behavioral change
This is not a simple chatbot role.

- AI Financial Coach Architecture
• Design and deploy an AI Financial Coach capable of:
* Personalized financial guidance

• Develop contextual memory systems that adapt to user goals, behavior, and progress over time

- Dashboard & Financial Data Integration
Build integrations between the AI coach and:

The AI should be able to:
