Agentic AI Architect
Summary
Leads an engineering team migrating AWS Lambda applications to Azure while designing and maintaining the agent harness (scaffolding, constraints, feedback loops) for Claude Code. The role is a ~70% hands-on / ~30% mentorship player-coach position centered on AWS/Azure serverless, agent tooling, and CI/CD automation.
- Lead a high-performing engineering team migrating AWS Lambda applications to Azure.
- Focus on designing and maintaining the harness (scaffolding, constraints, feedback loops) for Claude Code agents.
- Own and evolve the claude_code_forge scaffolding, including repository structure, templates, agent creation, and configurations.
- Decompose AWS applications into clear, agent-validated migration work-packages.
- Enforce architectural standards through automation (tests, linting, dependency checks) rather than documentation alone.
- Conduct regular codebase maintenance via background tasks to ensure coherence and quality.
- Mentor engineers in prompt-driven TDD, multi-agent orchestration, and Claude workflows.
- Report on migration progress, agent utilization, and project risks to stakeholders.
- Act as a player-coach: dedicate ~70% time to technical harness-building and ~30% to team guidance and mentorship.
- Leverage deep expertise in AWS/Azure serverless tech, Claude Code tools, and developer platform engineering.
- Demonstrate experience leading delivery teams and building CI/CD pipelines or developer tools.
