Key Responsibilities
Required Skills
- Design and develop AI-powered workflows using Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini into business workflows.
- Connect enterprise applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party connectors.
- Build multi-step workflows with conditional logic and human-in-the-loop approvals.
- Conduct client discussions, demonstrations, rapid prototyping, and solution iterations.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor deployed workflows, and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure secure integrations, workflow testing, and successful deployment.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
- Understanding of Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and LLM integrations.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods such as OAuth and API keys.
- Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript or Python.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
