Agentic AI Developer (Multi - Agent Systems)

Design and build autonomous agents and multi-agent workflows for enterprise applications, working with LangGraph, LangChain, LLM integrations, tool calling, memory, workflow orchestration, and Python backend services.

Responsibilities:

• Build AI agents and multi-agent systems with LangGraph and LangChain.
• Develop conversational and autonomous workflows with defined reasoning and orchestration flows.
• Implement tool and function calling, agent memory, and context management.
• Integrate agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Develop backend APIs with Python and FastAPI.
• Monitor and improve agent reliability and performance.
• Diagnose agent execution and integration issues.
• Collaborate with AI architects and backend engineers.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of overall professional experience, including 1-3 years of directly relevant hands-on experience.
• Strong Python development skills and experience building APIs with FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangChain.
• Experience integrating OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude APIs.
• Understanding of agentic AI, multi-agent systems, reasoning, memory, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience with prompt engineering, tool or function calling, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative version-control workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with RAG and vector databases.
• Experience with LangSmith.
• Experience with RAGAS or TruLens.
• Experience with Docker.
• Exposure to AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
