Job Title: Agentic AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-agent-powered automation solutions. The role involves building agent harness platforms and automating enterprise workflows using Claude, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, and AWS Step Functions.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong experience in Agentic AI, AI Agents, and Harness Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code / Claude Cowork.
• Expertise in AWS Step Functions (ASL) and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
• Experience with AgentCore Gateway, Runtime, Observability, Evaluations, and Guardrails.
• Strong Python 3.10+ programming and FastAPI experience.
• Hands-on experience with MCP, FastMCP, and multi-agent coordination (A2A).
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with AG-UI for agent-based front-end development.
• Good understanding of SQL, NoSQL, DynamoDB, REST APIs, JWT, and OAuth2.
• Experience in workflow automation, document processing, OCR, and AWS Textract.
• Knowledge of AWS services: Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, and IAM.
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD.

Preferred Profile

• Ability to independently design, build, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI agent solutions.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients and automating manual business processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
