As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our AI Managed Services, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that streamline operations and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be instrumental in transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to drive value and success. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage diverse perspectives, while growing your personal brand and technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage in continuous improvement and optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services. You will be expected to adapt to a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of your development and consistently delivering work that drives value for our clients. Responsibilities

- Supporting client engagements by contributing to managed services projects and initiatives
- Applying project management skills to streamline operations and optimize processes for clients
- Developing automation solutions to enhance service delivery and operational performance
- Engaging in continuous process improvement to drive efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborating with delivery teams to manage service transitions and performance risks
- Utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making and improve service outcomes
- Participating in business process improvement efforts to enhance client satisfaction
- Implementing workflow automation to increase productivity and service quality
- Assisting in the design and development of automation frameworks for managed services
- Gathering and analyzing information to discern patterns and provide actionable insights

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
