Job Description

We are looking for experienced Agentic AI professionals with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agent development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building intelligent AI agents, developing LLM-powered applications, and implementing enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions and autonomous AI agents.
• Build LLM-powered applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Develop multi-agent workflows, tool integrations, and AI-driven automation solutions.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and context management.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, and external data sources.
• Develop and optimize AI solutions for accuracy, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, or JavaScript (proficiency in at least two preferred).
• Hands-on experience in Agentic AI and AI agent development.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar agentic frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Knowledge of machine learning and at least two areas among Deep Learning, NLP, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience integrating AI models with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of AI agent orchestration, workflow automation, and multi-agent architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication.
• Exposure to enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow or Salesforce.
• Experience with vector databases, LLM evaluation, and AI application deployment.
• Knowledge of AI security, observability, and responsible AI practices.

Candidate Profile

• 5 - 12 years of relevant experience in software development, AI/ML, Generative AI, or related technologies.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and programming skills.
• Ability to work on enterprise-scale AI use cases and deliver production-ready solutions.
