Agentic AI Engineer
Summary
Designs, builds, and deploys agentic AI solutions (LLM agents, RAG, multi-agent workflows, tool calling) for enterprise clients at a Kuwait-based system integrator, working mainly in Python with LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, and cloud AI platforms like Google Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, and Anthropic Claude.
We are looking for a passionate Agentic AI Developer to design and implement real-world AI solutions using modern Agentic AI frameworks, and leading LLMs. The ideal candidate should have strong Python and software development skills, with hands-on experience building AI agents, integrating enterprise systems, and delivering practical, production-ready AI applications.

DPS implements Agentic AI layers on top of existing operational systems and, in partnership with leading AI frontier labs and technology providers, delivers enterprise-grade AI solutions that help customers achieve strategic objectives and measurable operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using GenAI, LLMs, multi-agent workflows, and tool calling.
- Build solutions on Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Gemini), Microsoft Azure AI / Azure OpenAI, and Anthropic Claude.
- Develop agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, and similar frameworks.
- Implement RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma, and FAISS.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and tools using REST, MCP, and function calling.
- Apply Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for ML/DL, evaluation, fine-tuning, and optimization.
- Implement guardrails, security, observability, grounding, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar ML/DL frameworks.
- Experience deploying AI/LLM solutions on GCP, Microsoft Azure, or AWS.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Haystack, OpenAI/Claude APIs, and similar Agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RAG, harness engineering, MCP and multi-agent workflows.
- Certification in GCP, Microsoft Azure, Claude will have preference.
- Must be based in Kuwait with a transferable residency (Iqama).
