We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design and implement cutting‑edge multi‑agent AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑agent orchestration pipelines using LangGraph and/or CrewAI.
• Define agent roles, decompose tasks, manage inter‑agent communication, and oversee state management for complex workflows.
• Develop and deploy workflow automation solutions using N8N, including triggers, conditionals, API integrations, and data transformations.
• Integrate AI agents into broader business process automation pipelines, including human‑in‑the‑loop checkpoints where required.
• Implement tool‑calling agents with access to APIs, databases, search, and file systems.
• Integrate multimodal AI capabilities such as GPT Vision for document parsing and visual data extraction.
• Build and maintain retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for knowledge retrieval and grounding.
• Deploy agentic systems on self‑hosted VPS infrastructure, ensuring observability, logging, and robust error handling.
• Expose agent capabilities via API endpoints using FastAPI for integration with frontend and external systems.
• Utilize DevOps best practices for deployment, version control, and workflow reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• Applicants must be Indian citizens residing in India.
• 1–4 years of hands‑on production experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically in agentic or LLM‑based systems.
• Demonstrated production experience with LangGraph and/or CrewAI for multi‑agent orchestration.
• Hands‑on experience designing and deploying N8N workflow automation.
• Experience integrating GPT Vision or equivalent multimodal AI for image and document understanding.
• Proficiency in Python as the primary programming language, with the ability to read JavaScript code.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI API, Claude API), including function calling, tool use, and structured outputs.
• Prompt engineering skills, including system prompts, chain‑of‑thought, ReAct patterns, and output formatting.
• Understanding of RAG fundamentals: embeddings, vector search, and retrieval grounding as agent tools.
• Experience using FastAPI to expose agent capabilities as APIs.
• DevOps skills: Git, VPS/cloud deployment, basic Linux administration, and error handling for asynchronous workflows.

Nice‑to‑have

• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex for knowledge‑base construction.
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) server development experience.
• Experience with AI‑assisted development tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
• Docker for containerised agent deployment.
• CI/CD pipelines for agent workflow testing and deployment.
• Basic frontend ability with React.js to build simple agent UIs or dashboards.
• Experience with structured output validation using Pydantic or instructor library.
