Agentic AI Engineer

Design and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI systems using Databricks and Azure, focusing on multi-agent workflows, governance, and production deployment.
We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions using modern agentic architectures. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Agentic AI, Databricks, Azure, and enterprise data governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop multi-agent AI systems and agentic workflows for enterprise use cases.
- Implement agent orchestration, tool/function calling, memory/state management, and agent identity and permissions.
- Build secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions with appropriate governance and monitoring.
- Develop and manage AI/data solutions using Databricks and associated data engineering capabilities.
- Integrate enterprise data sources and implement data processing, analytics, and AI workflows.
- Establish and manage data governance, data lineage, metadata, and data quality practices.
- Deploy and operationalize AI solutions within Azure cloud environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure AI applications meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, performance, and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Strong hands‑on experience developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with multi-agent architecture, agent orchestration, tool calling, memory/state, and agent security.
- Hands‑on experience with Databricks in production data or AI environments.
- Strong understanding of data governance and data lineage.
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML solutions, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Experience deploying and supporting AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong understanding of AI security, governance, access controls, and enterprise architecture.
