Summary
Build autonomous AI agents using Python and LangGraph to orchestrate multi-step reasoning workflows and enable LLMs to interact with enterprise tools via function calling.

The RoleWe are hiring a Python Engineer to build next-generation autonomous AI agents for a major global financial services hub. You will move beyond basic chatbots to design multi-step reasoning workflows and enterprise-grade Python APIs that let AI interact directly with real-world software tools.
Key Responsibilities- Agentic Orchestration: Build stateful AI workflows using LangGraph or LangChain.
- API & Backend Engineering: Write robust Python backends enabling LLMs to execute Function Calling and tool-use.
- Context & Memory: Optimize prompt engineering, context windows, and retrieval systems (RAG).
- Strong Python software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI).
- Proven background in API design, tool-calling, and LLM orchestration.
