As an Agentic AI Engineer - Senior Associate within our AI Managed Services practice, you will focus on delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for clients. Your role involves managing key processes and functions, utilizing project management, technology, and process optimization skills to provide exceptional services. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client relationships, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using it as an opportunity for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, and performance risks. Your work will involve continuous improvement and optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services. Responsibilities

- Managing and optimizing managed services processes and tools to enhance client operations

- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic recommendations
