Job Summary:

• Advanced Software & AI Architecture: 12+ years of core software development experience with extensive background designing enterprise-grade scalable AI platforms, distributed systems, and cloud architectures.
• Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Frameworks: Hands-on expertise building autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• LLM Integration & Fine-Tuning: Deep proficiency working with frontier LLMs (OpenAI GPT series, Anthropic Claude, Llama, Mistral), prompt engineering, tool calling/function calling, fine-tuning, and guardrails (NeMo Guardrails, Guidance).
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) & Vector Databases: Proven capability designing hybrid RAG pipelines, semantic search engines, chunking strategies, and vector database architectures (Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, ChromaDB, PGVector).
• MLOps, LLMOps & Production Deployment: Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks (Ragas, TruLens), observability platforms (LangSmith, Phoenix, Arize), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD for AI microservices.
• Programming & Integration: Expert-level skills in Python, TypeScript/Java, REST/gRPC API design, and integrating autonomous agents into existing enterprise workflows and databases.
