Agentic AI Solutions Engineer - Banking
Summary
Builds autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems for banking, integrating with Salesforce, datalakes, and legacy systems using Python, Azure, and AI frameworks like LangChain.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions including autonomous agents and multi-agent systems
- Drive architecture governance, code quality, and technical standards
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms like Salesforce CRM, datalakes, and APIs
- Implement AI orchestration frameworks and agent-based workflow automation
- Integrate AI with legacy systems via RESTful APIs or middleware
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and solution architecture
- Proven experience delivering AI solutions within financial services or highly regulated environments
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AI tools like Hugging Face, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with reinforcement learning, NLP, or computer vision
- Knowledge of AI ethics and bias mitigation strategies
