Agentic Google Workplace Solution Engineer

The Role

Are you a seasoned enterprise consultant with a passion for emerging AI technologies and workplace transformation? As a Senior Agentic Workplace Solutions Engineer, your focus isn't on writing raw code—it's on being a trusted strategic advisor and solution architect.

You will bridge the gap between enterprise business challenges and autonomous AI capabilities. By leveraging Gemini for Google Workspace, AppSheet, and Google’s rich no-code/low-code ecosystem, you will guide client leadership through discovery, design, and seamless adoption of agentic workplace workflows.

This is a high-visibility consulting role where your ability to advise executives, facilitate impactful strategy workshops, and architect practical AI solutions matters far more than deep software development background.

Your Mission & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Advisory & Management Consulting

• C-Suite Advisory: Act as a trusted partner to client CTOs, CISOs, HR Executives, and IT Directors, translating strategic business goals into clear AI and agentic workplace roadmaps.
• Discovery & Use-Case Definition: Lead high-impact discovery workshops to identify high-value enterprise processes ripe for AI augmentation and autonomous workflow optimization.
• Value & ROI Alignment: Articulate the business value, productivity ROI, and organizational impact of agentic workflows to key business stakeholders.

2. Agentic Workflow Architecture (No-Code / Low-Code Focus)

• Solution Design: Architect end-to-end agentic workplace workflows using Google Workspace integrations, Vertex AI Agent Builder, Gemini Enterprise, AppSheet, and out-of-the-box connectors without needing to write custom code.
• Proof-of-Concept Strategy: Design and demonstrate practical, working PoCs and visual reference architectures that bring agentic concepts to life for decision-makers.
• Security, Privacy & Governance: Define enterprise governance, data privacy standards, and ethical AI guidelines for client agent deployments.

3. Change Enablement & Digital Maturity

• Transformation & Adoption: Guide client organizations through the human side of AI adoption, helping teams transition from basic automation to AI-augmented ways of working.
• SME & Thought Leadership: Represent Devoteam G Cloud at Google Cloud events, industry webinars, and client innovation sessions as a expert on agentic workplace trends.
• Mentorship & Practice Elevation: Share consulting best practices, discovery frameworks, and design templates with internal teams to elevate the overall practice.

Your Foundation (Qualifications)

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of Senior Enterprise Consulting experience within digital workplace, cloud transformation, or IT strategy management consulting (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or SaaS ecosystems).
• Strong Client & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of leading executive conversations, managing complex client relationships, and facilitating strategic workshops.
• GenAI & Agentic Tech Literacy: High conceptual and practical understanding of GenAI capabilities, prompt engineering, Gemini Enterprise, and no-code/low-code agent platforms (e.g., Vertex AI Agent Builder, AppSheet). No direct coding or software development experience is required.
• Business Process Analysis: Ability to analyze complex enterprise workflows (HR, Knowledge Management, Support, Operations) and re-engineer them using AI agents.
• Enterprise Security Understanding: Foundational knowledge of enterprise identity (IAM, OAuth, SSO), security, and data governance concepts.

Desirable Certifications

• Valued: Professional Google Workspace Administrator, Google Cloud Digital Leader, or relevant Generative AI Strategy / Enterprise Transformation certifications.
