Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate materials for their projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with key aggregate buyers to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals (price, tonnage, revenue)
  • Prepare and communicate quotes, sales reports, expense reports, and other required sales data
  • Develop new business and expand market share within the assigned territory
  • Support sales leadership in developing monthly and annual sales plans
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen relationships and retain market share
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure product availability and adequate inventory levels
  • Follow all company and customer safety guidelines, especially when visiting job sites
  • Collaborate with accounting on new accounts and accounts receivable
  • Communicate with operations regarding material availability and customer demand
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
