Agile Business Analyst at BairesDev
In this role, you'll work within Agile teams to groom and prioritize the backlog, keeping sprints focused and development moving smoothly. Embedded in the day-to-day rhythm of Agile delivery, you'll translate business needs into clear, actionable stories that teams can execute against. What You'll Do:
- Groom and prioritize the backlog as part of ongoing Agile ceremonies.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
- Collaborate closely with Scrum teams to clarify scope and acceptance criteria throughout sprints.
- Support sprint planning and refinement sessions with well-prepared, prioritized work items.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within Agile environments.
- Strong experience with backlog grooming.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
