Your role
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Agile Coach.
You will be part of the Compressor Technique Information Services (CT-IS) organization and report to the Hiring Manager CT-IS.
In this role, your mission is to drive agile transformation, strengthen ways of working, and help teams, leaders, and stakeholders create measurable customer and business value through continuous improvement and collaboration.
Your day-to-day
- Lead and support the Agile transformation by developing and implementing improvement initiatives, roadmaps, and ways of working across the organization.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, teams, and leaders to strengthen collaboration, self-management, continuous improvement, and value delivery.
- Facilitate cross-team alignment, coordination, and scaling practices to improve transparency, efficiency, and collaboration.
- Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and learning initiatives focused on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, and product development practices.
- Monitor, measure, and continuously improve Agile adoption, team effectiveness, and organizational performance through meaningful metrics and feedback loops.
- Identify organizational impediments and drive improvements that contribute to sustainable business outcomes and customer value.
Your skills and experience
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach, senior Scrum Master, transformation coach, or a comparable role within Agile product development, IT delivery, or organizational transformation.
- Strong practical knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments.
- Strong facilitation, training, stakeholder management, and organizational change management skills.
- Experience working with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams, combined with excellent English communication skills.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our [insert organization here] in Wilrijk; Antwerp, Belgium (BE).
