Agile Coach

Discussion

Summary

Emagine is hiring an experienced Agile Coach for a 9-12 month full-time assignment at its Stockholm office, working with squads and Mobility Tribe leadership to boost delivery capability, dependency management, and continuous improvement. Core focus: coaching Scrum Masters, facilitation, and organizational change, with Swedish fluency required.

We are looking to engage an experienced Agile Coach for our Stockholm office to support and strengthen our current demand.

We are seeking a proactive, self-driven consultant who takes initiative and actively collaborates with squads and tribe leadership. Mobility Tribe is following our own Digital Operating Model, which is based on Enterprise agility.

The ideal candidate identifies improvement opportunities independently and helps drive meaningful organizational change, rather than waiting for direction or assignments.

Experience with modern engineering practices, DevOps, and AI-enabled software development is considered a strong advantage.

The Agile Coach will focus on enhancing value creation, delivery capability, and organizational effectiveness, rather than primarily facilitating agile ceremonies. The role requires strong facilitation and visualization skills to create shared understanding across stakeholders, combined with the ability to lead change and a solid understanding of modern software and product development practices.

Location: Stockholm,
Duration: 9-12 months (full-time assignment)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Requirements: The working languages for this assignment are Swedish and English. Since the team primarily operates in Swedish, fluency in Swedish is required. The broader tribe includes colleagues from across the Nordic countries, where English serves as the primary language for collaboration. The role is based at our Stockholm office. Occasional travel to our Nordic offices may be required and will be agreed upon with the hiring manager. Hybrid working arrangements can be discussed; however, we strongly prefer candidates who can work from the office at least three days per week.
