Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology projects in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks and be responsible for driving Agile best practices, ensuring timely delivery, and managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
- Track and manage dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Maintain and monitor RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
- Use Jira and Azure DevOps to plan, track, and report delivery progress.
- Drive effective stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Collaborate with development, QA, architecture, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
