Agile Project Manager (1 year contract)
Role Purpose:
Own and drive key strategic initiatives end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery of agreed milestones within approved timelines and budgets, while providing clear insights, risks, and decision points to enable timely, well‑informed stakeholder and executive decisions.
Key Accountabilities:
This role acts as the single point of accountability for initiative progress, governance quality, and executive readiness, ensuring strategic initiatives move forward with clarity, discipline, and confidence
Work with Project owner and team members to ensure milestones, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved in line with approved scope, timeline, and budget
Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs, and drive resolution with owner
Ensure initiatives comply with transformation governance standards (TMO Monthly, ACR, CR, PIR)
Drive consistency and quality in reporting across initiatives and team
Monitor budget usage, forecasts, and variances in collaboration with Finance / BP&A
Ensure clear alignment between delivery plans, funding approvals, and benefit realization
Ensure stakeholders clearly understand where the initiative stands, what is at risk, and what decisions are needed
Act as a trusted partner to sponsors, project owner and team members
Minimum requirements:
Strong experience owning or managing complex strategic initiatives or transformation programs
Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and cross‑functional dependencies
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity and decisions
Minimum 3 years of experience in business function or business consultant or equivalent.
