Agile Project Manager

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a large-scale digital transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment. This is a hands-on delivery role combining Scrum Master and Project Management responsibilities, supporting multiple Agile teams and working closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Agile delivery across multiple teams and workstreams

• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives

• Support the delivery of digital projects and transformation initiatives

• Track delivery progress, milestones, risks, issues, blockers and dependencies

• Coordinate activities across business and technology teams

• Provide clear delivery reporting and updates to senior stakeholders

• Drive accountability around sprint commitments and project outcomes

• Ensure teams remain aligned with wider programme and digital transformation objectives

About you

• 8–12 years' experience across Project Management, Agile Delivery or Scrum Master roles

• Strong hands-on Scrum Master experience across multiple teams or workstreams

• Proven experience delivering digital projects or digital transformation initiatives

• Experience working across business and technology teams on customer-facing or enterprise digital solutions

• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, reporting, risk and dependency management

• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills

• Comfortable operating as an independent contributor within a complex organisation

• Strong experience managing competing priorities, blockers and delivery risks
