Requirements:- Clearance required: BPSS
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders across HMRC and HMRC Digital Platform Services (DPS)
- Knowledge of Agile delivery practices and delivery governance processes
- Experience managing delivery plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and Jira
- Ability to support release management, RFC activities, and live service transition
- Own end-to-end delivery of projects and product enhancements
- Manage and update the end-to-end delivery and milestone plan
- Manage and update RAID logs
- Complete weekly delivery status reports
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospectives
- Manage team work and progress in Jira
- Monitor delivery performance and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective decision-making
- Ensure delivery processes are followed, including release management and RFC activities
- Support continuous improvement with Service Delivery Managers and wider delivery teams

We are offering a 6-month contract for an Agile Scrum Master / Delivery Lead (Minerva) role based in Telford, with 2 days onsite per week. The rate is £450-£500 and the role requires BPSS clearance. We are working across HMRC and HMRC Digital Platform Services (DPS), with a focus on end-to-end delivery, strong stakeholder collaboration, delivery governance, and continuous improvement as services transition into live operational support.
