Requirements:- Proven track record of scrum mastering within technical software engineering, SaaS, or complex digital product teams.
- Outstanding communication skills with a passion for mentoring individuals, coaching teams, and driving sustainable delivery paces.
- Fully comfortable committing to a 12–18 month contract, including an initial onboarding period working closely alongside existing squads to absorb domain context.
- Comfortable navigating an autonomous, manager-free environment where we take personal accountability for team enablement.
- We are seeking an empathetic, curious, and structured Scrum Master who views agile as a collaborative mindset rather than a rigid set of rules.
- Guide, coach, and support cross-functional engineering teams in embedding agile values, principles, and scrum practices.
- Shift team focus towards delivering tangible customer outcomes and long-term value rather than simple output.
- Facilitate core scrum ceremonies effectively and proactively resolve blockers to keep delivery momentum smooth.
- Partner closely with Product Owners on backlog refinement, effective planning techniques, and establishing shared goals across squads.
- Build psychological safety within teams so conflicts are handled constructively and continuous improvement is championed.
