Agile Scrum Master

We’re looking for a proactive Agile Scrum Master to support our Agile teams and drive effective, high‑quality delivery. You’ll facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and help the team stay focused, aligned, and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Coach the team on Agile values and Scrum practices

• Remove delivery impediments and manage risks

• Support Product Owner with backlog clarity and prioritisation

• Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts)

• Track team performance and promote continuous improvement

• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts effectively

• Experience using Agile project management tools like Azure DevOps

• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master) preferred

• Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams is an advantage

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/delivery is a plus
