Overview:

AGILE TRANSFORMATION: Lead the assessment, roadmap planning and launch of a global Agile transformation effort. Set up an Agile Center of Excellence, provide SAFe training and launch new release trains.

Description:

Agile Coach to lead a global enterprise wide Agile transformation effort. Bring best practices from SAFe, Tribal Leadership/Spotify, Scrum and Kanban to coach teams to meet business agility goals. Conduct team assessments to determine agile maturity, develop Agile delivery frameworks to best achieve goals, and coach Portfolio, Program and Team level activities.

Prior experience as a SAFe RTE is required. Experience launching SAFe Agile Release Trains, facilitating Program Increment Planning events, and mentoring Product Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters is required.

Required Skills:

· RTE or Scrum Master experience
