Agile Transformation Lead

Agile Transformation Lead - Full Time

A large enterprise is embedding Agile ways of working across a portfolio of strategic transformation programs in Technology. They need an experienced Agile Coach to lead that charge, working alongside dedicated Project teams.

You'll be coaching leaders, designing the transformation playbook, running maturity assessments, and shaping how Agile actually sticks across a large, matrixed organisation.

What you'll be doing:
  • Coaching teams, individuals and senior leaders on Agile ways of working
  • Running Agile maturity assessments and building readiness and adoption metrics
  • Designing and iterating Agile transformation playbooks for use across the business
  • Facilitating ceremonies, retrospectives and PI Planning
  • Guiding adoption of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, tailored to a complex media environment
  • Managing senior stakeholders across Technology.
  • Removing impediments and escalating systemic blockers where needed

What you'll bring:

  • 8+ years in Agile coaching and organisational transformation in large, complex environments
  • ICP-ACC, SPC, PSM II/III or equivalent certification (highly regarded)
  • Proven experience building Agile transformation playbooks from scratch
  • A track record of coaching and influencing senior leaders through mindset and behavioural change
  • Confidence operating in ambiguity, and the ability to simplify complexity for a non-Agile audience
  • Change management exposure (Prosci ADKAR, APMG or equivalent) is a bonus

Why this one's worth a look:

Genuine scope to shape how Agile is done across the business, and a seat at the table with senior leadership. No direct reports, all influence.

If you've built Agile capability inside a large matrixed organisation and want to do it again somewhere with real scale and visibility, apply now.
