AGM Planning
Role Purpose
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Planning
o Drive S&OP / S&OE cadence aligning Procurement,
Warehouse, and Installation.
o Convert forecasts, DPR/BOM, and project schedules into
executable material and capacity plans.
o Freeze weekly/monthly dispatch and installation plans.
- Material & Inventory Planning
o Plan procurement and
replenishment based on BOM, lead times, and safety stock.
o Eliminate SKU duplication
and ensure BOM–SKU alignment in FEP.
o Control slow/non-moving and
excess inventory.
- Production / Fabrication Planning
(Structures/BOS)
o Plan fabrication schedules
with vendors considering HDG timelines and capacity.
o Track customized vs.
standard structure readiness against project need dates.
- Dispatch & Logistics Planning
o Create warehouse-wise
dispatch plans to meet installation targets.
o Optimize vehicle loads,
routes, and TAT for inter-state movements.
o Monitor dispatch accuracy
as per DPR/BOM.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
o Work closely with Design
for timely DPR/BOM release and revisions.
o Coordinate with Procurement
for material availability and vendor schedules.
o Align with Warehouse for
packing, QC, and dispatch readiness.
o Interface with Installation
for site readiness and shortage prevention.
- System & Process Governance
o Ensure WMS reflects
real-time project stage (Procurement → Dispatch).
o Standardize SKU
descriptions and eliminate ambiguity (“OR” specs).
o Implement planning
dashboards and MIS for visibility.
- Performance Monitoring
o Track KPIs: TAT, Fill Rate,
Inventory Turns, Dispatch Accuracy, Project Cycle Time.
o Identify bottlenecks and
implement corrective actions.
- Risk Management
o Anticipate material
shortages, vendor delays, and design changes.
o Prepare contingency plans
and alternate sourcing.
- Team Leadership
o Lead planning team across
locations.
o Train teams on BOM
discipline, system usage, and planning hygiene.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s in Engineering /
Supply Chain / Operations or Graduation
· 7 years in Planning, SCM,
or Operations .
