## Job Summary
The AGM-Talent Acquisition will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process within the organization, focusing on sourcing, hiring, and developing a robust talent pool across various verticals. This role is pivotal in aligning recruitment strategies with the company's overall objectives.
## Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a steady talent pipeline across all departments.
- Lead lateral hiring initiatives for sales and support functions effectively.
- Build and maintain a high-quality database by leveraging resources like Job Portals, Walk-ins, Advertisements, and Employee Referrals.
- Write and comprehend job descriptions, and prepare tailored recruitment plans based on organizational needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to discuss job responsibilities and team dynamics.
- Oversee vendor management to optimize hiring processes.
- Send regular trackers to respective Heads of Departments (HODs) to monitor recruitment progress and requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of 10-15 recruiters, each responsible for hiring 8-10 candidates per month for middle and senior-level positions.
## Qualifications
- **Education**: MBA in Human Resources (HR) is required.
- **Experience**: 13 to 20 years in talent acquisition or related HR functions.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership capabilities to manage and motivate a team.
- Analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.
## Preferred Skills
- Experience in the aviation industry or similar sectors could be an advantage.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
## Experience
- A minimum of **13 to 20 years** of work experience in talent acquisition roles, with demonstrated success in managing large-scale recruitment processes.
## Environment
- The role is typically office-based, with the possibility of hybrid work arrangements, depending on the company's policies.
## Salary
- Estimated salary range: **20 - 30 LPA**.
