Agreement Manager within indirect procurement
emagine is looking for an experienced Agreement Manager for our great client within the construction industry.
Start: 2026-09-01 (interview processes will start from August 10th)
End: 2027-02-28
Location: Stockholm, min 3 days/week at the office
About the assignment:
Purpose of the job
· Acts and executes tasks according to our clients strategic direction and contributes to achieving our clients Purchasing Purpose.
· An Agreement Manager is responsible for a Frame Agreement and is our clients contact person with the supplier for contractual questions.
Areas of responsibility
· Responsible for chosen Frame Agreements and suppliers within the category for one or more BA’s, divisions, or departments within the Group.
· Ensures the use of category strategy and framework agreements.
· Connects, communicates and collaborates with other purchasing units as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
· Proactively works with risks including supplier risk management
Main Assignments
· Plan, conduct, implement and follow up procurement of Frame Agreements in alignment with Category Strategy.
· Continuously develop Frame Agreements and supplier relationships.
· Conduct supplier assessment.
· Performs negotiations according to our clients and their Customer's interest
· Measure and follow up satisfaction of Frame agreement supplier with the end user.
· Promote increased awareness of the Frame Agreement and suppliers across the organization.
Your profile
Experience:
Experience within areas of responsibility and general purchasing and data handling.
Knowledge
• Understanding of both short and long-term commercial and business issues.
• Has knowledge of contracts and legal documents.
• Has knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes.
• Understands how sustainability is an integrated part of the purchasing process.
• Understands customer’s value and business.
• Has negotiation skills.
• Communicates fluently in both writing and speaking in relevant Nordic language and English.
• Has ability to navigate in complex IT environment and flexibility to learn and adapt to new platforms supporting efficient working methods and data-informed decision making.

Must have
• Experience of working with Frame Agreements
