Requirements

You will have the opportunity to support companies in the agri-food sector in key decisions for their growth, helping them drive projects, investments, and initiatives that contribute to the development of a sector essential to the territory.

Your work will have a direct impact on farmers, ranchers, cooperatives, and agri-food companies, as part of an entity that is committed to building long-term relationships of trust and supporting the economic development of the rural environment.

• You will lead business development and the acquisition of agri-food sector companies in Barcelona and its province, building close and lasting relationships.
• You will analyze financing operations linked to agricultural, livestock, and agro-industrial investments, advising each client in a personalized manner.
• You will collaborate with specialists and different teams within the entity to identify opportunities and provide solutions adapted to the specific needs of the sector.

What will help you succeed in this position

• Experience in commercial management and business advisory.
• Ability to generate relationships of trust and develop long-term business.
• Knowledge of the local business and economic fabric.
• Valuable experience or knowledge of the agri-food sector, although it is not essential.
• Profiles with technical training or experience in the agricultural field who enjoy client relations and commercial development will also be a good fit.
• Initiative, autonomy, and a desire to continue learning and growing professionally.
• Having autonomy, initiative, and judgment in decision-making
