1. Farm Project Management (บริหารจัดการและติด ตามโครงการพัฒนาฟาร์ม )

* Plan, organize, and monitor project timelines, key milestones, and progress dashboards for all

agricultural extension and supply initiatives.

* Track, evaluate, and present project KPIs, supply deliverables, and status updates to senior

leadership.

* Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Farm Development, Field Agronomists,

Sourcing specialists, Factory Operations.

* Identify agricultural supply chain risks, maintain risk logs, and track mitigation plans across

regional supply zones.

2. Agribusiness Extension & Farmer Partnerships (ส่งเสริมการเกษตรและบริหาร เครือข่ายเกษตรกร)

* Lead the expansion and execution of agricultural extension initiatives, including clean stem

distribution, high-yield variety adoption, and model farm programs.

* Build and formalize direct farmer partnership frameworks, including digital farmer registration,

loyalty tiering programs, and incentive schemes.

* Structure and negotiate Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) and Preferred Supplier

Agreements with key strategic partners.

* Support regional field teams in monitoring supply volumes, crop quality benchmarks (starch

%), and cost targets
