We are looking for a self-motivated Senior Sales Head to help API Maker acquire new customers and grow revenue.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the sales strategy, identify target markets, industries, and customer segments, set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, develop pricing, packages, and sales offers in coordination with management for API Maker & custom software(s) also.
- Find and reach out to potential customers.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch API Maker.
- Conduct product demos and follow up with prospects.
- Convert leads into paying customers.
- Identify possible collaboration possibilities and close the deals.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and consistently work toward revenue targets.
- Share daily report at the end of the day.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, software, or technology sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close sales.
- If you worked as developer, then it is big plus as it is highly technical product.
Compensation
- We will provide a fixed base salary + commission and no bar for right candidate.
- No cap on earning potential — higher sales mean higher earnings.
- The exact base salary and commission structure will be discussed based on interview & sales performance.
