AI Adoption & Sales Productivity Analyst
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Adoption & Sales Productivity Analyst based in the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of AI, sales operations, analytics, and change management, helping a large sales and account management organization turn emerging technology into measurable business results.
You will drive adoption of AI-powered tools while evaluating their impact on productivity, pipeline performance, sales cycles, win rates, and quota attainment.
The position combines hands-on data analysis with experimentation, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll identify inefficiencies, design pilots, gather structured feedback, and help determine which AI capabilities are worth scaling.
Working closely with Revenue Operations, IT, Enablement, and technology vendors, you’ll support successful implementations and ongoing improvements.
Your insights will give sales leaders a clear view of AI adoption and help shape how sellers work more efficiently.

Accountabilities:
- Track AI tool adoption, usage, engagement, and performance metrics across sales, go-to-market, and account management teams, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze the relationship between AI adoption and key business outcomes, including seller productivity, sales cycle time, win rates, pipeline performance, and quota attainment.
- Design and coordinate pilots for emerging AI capabilities, establish structured measurement approaches, and gather actionable feedback from sales users.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across sales workflows and partner with Revenue Operations to recommend AI-enabled process improvements.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards that provide sales leadership with clear visibility into adoption, productivity, and performance trends.
- Support onboarding, training, communications, and change-management activities associated with new AI technology rollouts in partnership with Enablement teams.
- Collaborate with IT and external technology vendors on tool configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
- Coordinate projects across pilots and technology rollouts, ensuring activities, feedback, measurements, and outcomes are well structured and documented.
- Translate analytical findings into concise, practical recommendations that can be understood and acted upon by non-technical stakeholders.
- Help establish disciplined experimentation and measurement practices so AI investments can be evaluated based on measurable business impact.
- Protect company systems, assets, proprietary information, and confidential data in accordance with applicable policies and agreements.
- Promptly report suspected ethics or compliance issues, vulnerabilities, security incidents, breaches, or risks affecting the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of information assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business analytics, data analytics, or a comparable field.
- Strong working proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; SQL experience is a significant advantage.
- Experience analyzing business data and converting findings into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and dashboarding platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Understanding of sales processes, workflows, productivity metrics, and go-to-market operations.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled sales technologies, such as conversation intelligence platforms, sales copilots, AI forecasting, or related tools.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and evaluate new software and technology quickly, with genuine curiosity about emerging AI capabilities.
- Experience supporting technology implementations, change-management initiatives, onboarding, or software rollouts within a sales organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure experiments, evaluate results, and identify meaningful patterns in data.
- Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working across Sales, Revenue Operations, IT, Enablement, and external partners.
- Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple pilots, initiatives, and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- High attention to detail and sound judgment when working with business data, technology, and confidential information.
