AI Agent Developer, Gas Services Asia Pacific

Summary

As an AI Agent Developer within Gas Services department, you will be part of our Asia Pacific AI team delivering Microsoft technologies and implementations across our enterprise environment. You will use your expertise to design and deliver innovative and tailored solutions that focus on the Power Platform and Copilot Studio, meeting the needs of our functions and maximising the return on our investment in AI. We bring innovation and ambition to achieve our performance targets and establish Gas Services as a leader in applied AI.

In this role, you will design, build and deliver intelligent low code and AI powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps and Power Automate. You will work directly with our Gas Services functions to identify use cases, run workshops, and implement secure, scalable agents and automations that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI powered copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, orchestration, generative responses and actions
• Develop and extend solutions across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse; Power BI exposure desirable)
• Support workshops and trainings with Gas Services functions to identify automation and AI use cases
• Architect and design Power Platform tenants and environments, liaising with IT, Security and other technical groups to ensure all integration needs are met and fully implemented
• Analyse and lead discussions around architectural options, ensuring all options are considered for optimal deployment
• Integrate AI Agents with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SFDC, Snowflake and external systems using connectors and APIs, ensuring reliable connections
• Apply governance, security and ALM best practices, including DLP policies and environment strategies
• Produce solution designs, technical documentation and handover materials for Gas Services functions
• Work with internal and external technical resources to enable the most effective DevOps processes
• Collaborate with architects, data and AI specialists to deliver end to end solutions

Skills & Experience

• Hands on experience with Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) and the Power Platform
• Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and ALM
• Client facing consulting experience, including requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, and enterprise integration patterns
• Microsoft certifications such as PL 900, PL 200, PL 400, PL 600, AI-900, AB-730, AB-100
• Experience with Azure services (Functions, API integrations)
• You will likely possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, information system management or a related field.
• 3-5+ years in Power Platform, SFDC, SAP consulting roles or similar
