AI Agent Engineer（Ai Agent）
Responsibilities
Develop the core engine for Agentic AI, including Framework, autonomous evolution, Agent collaboration, context memory management, etc.
Build a knowledge brain: Develop RAG-related knowledge management systems.
Full-stack implementation: Develop front-end and back-end systems related to Agentic AI.
Requirements
Possess academic ambition, pursue technical excellence, aspire to financial freedom, demonstrate special-forces-like sense of mission and stress resistance.
Have solid, independent R&D experience in Agentic systems, proficient in reinforcement learning and system control. Candidates with experience in recognition, interpretation and error handling of tables in PDF documents are preferred.
Possess necessary full-stack development experience covering front-end and back-end.
Preferred majors include but are not limited to Computer Science, Control Science and Management; 1–3 years of working experience.
