AI Agent Engineer: Full-Time Intern (2026/2027 Graduates)
Summary
A full-time internship building and shipping AI agents that automate real conversations and workflows — WhatsApp Business API bots, call-centre automation, voice agents, and Zoho CRM tasks — using Python, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and REST API/webhook integrations. On-site 5 days/week in Hebbal, Bangalore for 2026/2027 CS/AI-ML graduates.
What You'll Do
- Build WhatsApp Business API agents for lead capture, qualification, demo booking and follow-ups, with human handover
- Automate call centre workflows: transcription, summaries, sentiment and intent tagging, post-call CRM updates and QA dashboards
- Prototype voice agents for first-level outreach and qualification
- Automate CRM tasks in Zoho CRM: lead enrichment, scoring, routing, pipeline hygiene and reporting
- Build integrations with REST APIs and webhooks, plus RAG over product and pricing content
- Add evaluation, logging and guardrails and measure time saved and conversion impact
Requirements
- Strong Python; understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings and RAG
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON and webhooks
- At least one LLM, chatbot or agent project (share your GitHub link)
- CS/AI-ML BE/MCA 2026/2027 passouts only.
- Good written and verbal English
- Willingness to work 5 days/week on-site in Hebbal, Bangalore
