Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level pro-code builder with 0–2 years of experience to help transform innovative prototypes into secure, production-ready AI agents. This role is pivotal in expanding first-party capabilities across the Microsoft platform by delivering scalable, responsible AI solutions that adhere to strict architectural and governance standards. You’ll contribute to the evolution of intelligent automation by building and integrating AI agents using modern tools and frameworks, ensuring seamless performance, observability, and long-term maintainability.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and orchestrate intelligent agents using Foundry Agent Service and Copilot Studio extensibility.
- Extend first-party agents through APIs, MCP, and A2A integrations.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and content grounding to deliver accurate, context-aware responses.
- Apply engineering best practices including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines in GitHub, using GitHub Copilot, VS Code, and Cursor.
- Establish agent identity and end-to-end observability using Entra Agent ID and Agent 365.
- Develop reusable, modular components that enhance team efficiency and ensure consistency across projects.
