Hiring: AI & Automation SME

We are looking for an experienced AI & Automation SME to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance Master Data Management (MDM) operations, data stewardship, data quality, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered solutions for MDM operations and support processes.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across data management workflows.
• Design intelligent monitoring, alerting, and incident management frameworks.
• Implement Generative AI (GenAI), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) use cases for data quality and stewardship.
• Build automated incident resolution, recommendation engines, and intelligent support solutions.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to provide operational insights.
• Collaborate with MDM, Cloud Data Integration (CDI), and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) teams to improve productivity.
• Drive innovation initiatives focused on intelligent data management and automation.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, and automation solutions.
• Experience developing and deploying enterprise-grade GenAI applications.
• Strong understanding of MDM processes and the data management lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, workflow automation, and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica CLAIRE AI.
• Knowledge of Informatica MDM, CDI, and CDQ.
• Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience developing intelligent data stewardship and data quality solutions.
